About Us

AI NEXTGEN America is the first annual conference and Futurist Awards — a workforce execution platform connecting employers, talent, and training systems to accelerate hiring, reskilling, and workforce mobility in the AI economy. Held October 9–10, 2026 at the Baltimore Convention Center, it brings together a National Workforce Summit, Demand-Side Hiring Forum, National Career Expo, Innovation Festival, and Futurist Awards across eight industry sectors. Technology is the catalyst, workforce is the focus, hiring is the outcome. Presented by Career Communications Group, powered by STEM City USA.
